What is the typical shipping time for orders?
Our home textiles ship within 14-18 days after you order. All home textile orders use Standard Delivery. Delivery time depends on where you live.
Why?
Our home textiles are printed and sewn to order. The design is printed on fabric, then cut using a standard process. Each product is carefully made and checked by expert sewists before packaging and shipping.
The tag on my item doesn’t say “Sustain & Gather”, why?
Some items are produced and shipped directly by our partners. Because of this, packaging and sewn-in tags may reflect the production partner rather than Sustain & Gather. All designs, color palettes, and product selections are created and curated by Sustain & Gather.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Each Sustain & Gather order is printed just for you and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner. Therefore, all sales are final.
Occasionally manufacturing related errors can happen, so we ask that you open your package and examine your order upon arrival. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

How are your products sustainably made?
Our home textile products are printed “on-demand”, therefore, we only print what you order, when you order it. This means there is very little waste overall.
